Soaring up the first 18 floors of a 52-floor tower in the trunk of Palm Jumeirah, The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm, cuts a neck-craning figure indeed. Inside is also a head-turning affair with grand chandeliers, intricately decorated ceilings and an abundance of glinting gold designed to wow from the moment guests enter. There’s plenty more to stun beyond aesthetics: from complimentary 24-hour butler service for all room types to a glorious rooftop terrace, St. Regis Gardens, where guests can experience some of the best restaurants in the city, it’s hard not to fall under this stay’s luxurious spell.

The hotel has a coveted address within the tallest building on Palm Jumeirah. The 52-level Palm Tower is located in the middle of the man-made island, which is less than 25 minutes drive from Dubai International Airport.
Where is St. Regis Dubai, The Palm?
Nakheel Mall is at your doorstep, with the hotel connecting directly to some 300 shops and restaurants. Dubai Marina is ten minutes away in a taxi, while a short elevator ride will have you at Aura Skypool, the world’s highest 360-degree infinity pool and lofty Japanese lounge restaurant Sushi Samba in just a few minutes.

There are 264 rooms and 26 suites, each of them styled in calming neutral tones of champagne, caramel and ivory with floor-to-ceiling windows and glossy white marble ensuites that feature double vanities and a separate tub and shower. The entry-level Deluxe King Rooms feels spacious at 43sqm and can sleep three people, if needed. There are two room categories for families, some with connecting rooms, while the Presidential Suite sleeps five and offers a staggering 248sqm of space with a separate kitchen and sea views of Palm Jumeirah.

The hotel has two dining spots and two bars, as well as six more at destination dining venue St. Regis Gardens on the tower’s roof. Inside, are spots like Cornelia, a buffet breakfast spot of donut walls, honeycomb slabs and dumplings or a modern Turkish with a bottomless brunch on Saturdays. On the rooftop, the must-visit is two Michelin star, immersive Indian concept Tresind Studio, which recently finished top five took home the number one spot in MENA at the World’s 50 Best Restaurants, where your tastebuds will take a journey across India’s varied regional dishes.
Sustainability
A composting program aims to reduce food waste and the hotel purchases local ingredients such as responsible seafood from local suppliers. It’s also Green Key certified, and recycling bins can be found in guest rooms or public spaces to help reduce landfill. Marriott International, the parent company, has committed to science-based emissions reduction to reach net-zero emissions by 2050, at the latest.

Accessibility
The hotel offers wheelchair accessible rooms, and they’re clearly identified on the website under the room categories. Braille has been installed on the elevator panels and next to each door of the guest room for vision-impaired guests.
Travel for work
Every guest room key card allows complimentary access to the Business Centre, which features computers, colour printers, work stations and connections for personal laptops. There’s a fee to use the nine meeting rooms, which are setup with audio-visual and video conferencing tools.
Spa and pools
There are two swimming pools in the hotel and the 52nd-floor Iridium Spa is open from 10am to 10pm daily. If you want to visit Aura Skypool on the 51st floor of Palm Tower, you’ll need to make a paid reservation. The gym is open 24 hours.

There is no beach onsite, but guests get access to stylish beach club KYMA on nearby West Beach, and a free shuttle runs from the hotel daily.
